Learn the skills required to safely swim in a mono fin, and perform as a mermaid diver NAUI mermaiding level 1 is open to any person above the age of 8 years old. Participants have to be swimming competent to take part, and will undergo a swim test to ensure basic skills are in place.

Course is split into 3 sessions: Theory, skills & safety and then a mermaid swim session. We will cover:

Mask and snorkel clearing
Once you have the basic skills in place, its time to take your mermaiding acrobatics to the next level! Learn how to control your movements and perform mermaid tricks while holding your breath.
